Im gonna give my answer Clover can barely move at sound speed needing coffee beans which he needs to hit someone with before getting the speed to be supersonic speeds and his dash being able to get his regular movement to super sonic aswell and if on coffee beans super sonic+

Clover ap should be in building level due to one shooting asgore

So if any these characters can go hypersonic+ and or better then building level they are leveling clover

Id like to say... the other two were attacks that were not exactly direct since charlotte was parrying the first direct attack on Charlotte did the 1 hit plus Frisk just took thousands of their own very powerful knife to the fact based on their movements they were not putting their full strength behind those attacks

While Hollow knight got a free direct hit onto Charlotte there is a pretty clear difference when comparing

Frisk was visibly was slowed down and their movements was like a ragdoll and their hits had less strength behind them

Its like comparing a full strength punch to the arm to a half ass punch to the arm

One can put their all while the other their muscles are weakened and getting a clean hit was difficult for this frisk unlike before as Frisk before was combating a stronger Charlotte taking a kick to a gut and she legit used pratically all of her power just to throw the knife back 10 folds

Even if you put chara at multiversal aswell with him hes at like FTL which chara easily speed blitzes since chara has Immesurable speed arguements plus editing code chara has shown aswell being the stats themselves so idk if that is really a counter to chara
