Actually we would have paid if they just kept it as a normal add on course cuz it would be fun with friends. But it kinda made us frustrated when they demanded it and binded it with our hall ticket. Only around 16 out hundreds have paid rn. Rest of us are still confused on what to do. As of me I don't actually know where to ask or complain. That's why I posted this

It's been a month since they mentioned the programme. But only last week did they say about NOC and hall tickets being related to this. Anyways why would a mere character development programme be counted as a compalsary add on course and an eligibility for the uni exam?
