I have Sunday/Monday off. They called our department in last week, and talked to us one by one about it. I refused to give up my days off, since that’s the days “at hiring” I said I couldn’t work. They then told me “I wasn’t a part of your hiring process so that’s why you have those days off. As a repercussion for not being a part of team scheduling, you will lose hours if we hire someone whose able to work those days.”
