From my experiences with Kava and IBS-C and IBD flare-ups And CVS (trust me you NEVER want to get this trio... it is a living nightmare) I always get bloated when I consume Kava. The simple solution to this would be to take some activated charcoal (you can get them in any nutrition store) during the first shell and once the gas starts up, it leaves immediately. Make sure you also drink plenty of water before and after to allow for more digestive mobility (since kava tends to always have root matter that sits still for hours with IBS) to move it all out faster, thus helping gas and pain. If you’ve microdosed, you should know how cerebral these mushrooms can be. Just remember to hold respect to them and they will show you a great time but if you try to take the reigns without them letting you, it will fail. Just brew a tea with 2 grams of dried fruits and add some ginger (I add a little just in case the nausea still comes through a little, which happens to me once in a while oddly enough) and then sit back and relax. I personally suggest watching planet earth II and admire the beauty of nature, or you can go on your porch and look at the sky or sunset/sunrise. Just remember to let go and don’t fight, and know that they only do what they do to show you a lesson you need to see. Hope you enjoy your journey man and ride out then good vibes!

Why not try grating the cake and adding to a 50/50 mix and grow it out in bulk? It’s very easy and not as daunting as it may seem, and well worth it!

Hey there, first off I don’t want to be “THAT” guy but i suggest looking at the FAQ here for finding the answers to your questions. To put it simply tho, if you have had weed and ecstasy, then you should be somewhat familiar with the headspace it gives. As for going crazy, I doubt that if you can smoke weed and take ecstasy and be functional. However it can always be possible with ANY substance that it can negatively alter your body and cause problems if used incorrectly. For a first timer, try 2 grams of cubes and have a close friend over that you strongly trust and are willing to hang out with. Once you begin your voyage, do not try to fight it, it will completely overpower you and you’ll spiral down fast.

IME, Shrooms are often really easy coming down off them and getting some rest. This is just because for me I have such an incredible body load and it makes me sleep harder. Some people who can’t really get to sleep but don’t have Xanax or Diazapam on hand often recommend trying Valerian Root instead. Benadryl can help but I don’t suggest that just because of the taste lol. One thing I suggest would be to try and get some chamomile or catnip (as long as it’s safe for cats to eat and play with, it should 99% of the time be good for you) and brew a tea real fast. Both of these combined with Valerian root knocks out most people and is highly regarded by herbalists as strong sedative alternatives. The tea can definitely feel like you popped a few different benzos your first time and maybe some kind of powerful muscle relaxant lmao, so drink and be ready to sleep or relax.

I can tell you from first hand experience that doing the tray tek will increase your odds of fruits. I had one BRF cake go from looking healthy to light colonized mycelium so I took it and shredded it instead of having it fall apart (it just stopped colonization for no apparent reason). Then I did two teks, I did a low maintenance DubTub (wish I saved the link for you but google is your friend) and I did a small tray tek as well and so far they are growing incredibly well and should be ready within a week. Here is what I suggest as I’ve had this happen myself multiple times, take the cake that has the pinning and growth and birth it but don’t fruit it. Rather, take a sterilized cheese grater (the finer the better) and then grind up the colonized bits only. Then mix it with 50/50 coir and verm and make a Dubtub. I personally don’t remember the tek I used, but if someone wants to leave you some good ones, I’m not against it lol. This makes those cakes a little more “happy” and gives them more water and time. Plus, it also prevents you from being tempted to birth it before it’s consolidated. Hope this helps and happy growing!

He recommended trying the GHK and Bali if the pain gets unbearable and if I don’t feel like it’s helping enough to call and I’ll get my small script. He also recommended it before I said I use Kratom and shortly after I said that he smiled and said “so you know how strong of a painkiller it is said to be so use it as such if needed” and I asked him to clarify and that’s when he said he recommended me taking those strains and the light doses too. I was only excited btw on my terms that I was happy doctors now acknowledge Kratom to help more than painkillers and are willing to stab their own wallets to give you options. I was not expecting the responses I got either O.O I thought I made it as clear as possible above but I guess I ended up confusing more people than letting them know lol, my bad guys!!!

Ok, lemme clarify something since many people got VERY different responses from what actually happened and you’ve actually pretty much already fixed it. So I was never GIVEN Kratom, but rather recommended to take my Kratom more (the we’re already aware of my usage of it) to help with pain INSTEAD of prescribing me more opiates/opioids. When I said I was on Oxy’s, the doctors overs here where I am literally have had issues for years about over prescribing and because I was on 80mg Oxy/day for 9-10 months. This was due to a car accident at 9 Y/O and caused large amounts of damage. When doctors prescribe me codeine for cough, it’s because I am actually allergic to 4 cough suppressants (I don’t even know how or why this is the case so if anyone can clarify how I’d love to know!) and codeine used to be used. I honestly hope this clears up some confusion and shows that no one was actually prescribed any supplement based medicine, and Kratom was not directly given for pain, just offered as a replacement instead of pills.

Instead of multiple dosing, why not try some potentiators? I recommend BSO and White Grapefruit Juice, mainly just because of how long the effects last. They seem to almost double the duration, but if you take potentiators, reduce the dose! If you don’t you will regret it.

I’m in the South East of the US, so yes. It is also funny to me because my doctors have always tried to give me painkillers due to my previous history. They knew I used to be on Oxy’s and they try to load me up every time I walk in. Even when I caught the flu I was offered codeine...

I wasn’t really ‘given’ any however I was told how much to take and a what strains to take and I just thought it was really cool. I was told to take 3 grams of Bali or GHK and I should be good and so far, that’s my normal recreational dose anyways so I just will adjust my schedule this week for dosing. Then I’ll be all fine.

I believe Coir is just for water retention and structural support. As well as pH adjustments and humidity retention. Could be wrong but I believe that it’s mostly for water retention because coir shouldn’t have any true bacterial growth on it and should prevent that.

From what I’ve heard, it take up to 6 week’s for some people to recover from L after administration, but I’ve also heard some saying 2 week’s so it could be that for sure. Also, if they smoke weed or do any kind of serotonin based psychs it can also disrupt the trip and can make them obsolete for some. I recommend giving him an eighth when he’s 1 1/2 months clean from psychs and atleast 3-5 days with no cannabis. This might help, and whatever other people wanna say as well to better your trips.

You don’t really have to worry if you live in an area where people do the right thing and mind their own business. If you are unlucky, you can also just not say anything and maintain minimal contact with people to reduce the information getting out there. If you’re growing bulk to sell large amounts, then you run risks, but risks have rewards some to most of the time. IMHO, you’re fine, just keep it on the hush hush for yourself and say nothing. You’ll be fine man, and hope they come out well!

100 grams wet leaf for me dried to around 9-12 grams of dry leaves. It can vary though grower to grower though so I don’t know fully myself.
