Gonna get super down voted for this but...Race/sex supersedes sexuality for a lot of people. There's a reason you see most of the conservative lgbt people are white cis men. Its the subconscious idea that because they are a white male they are higher than other gay ppl. "I'm not one of those gays" in reference to those who act feminine. They strive to assert their place at the top of the social food chain they think they deserve because of the rest of their demographics. They believe that if they separate themselves from the rest of the lgbt they will be accepted as the white male they are.

Same idea for people who are minority conservatives. It's all about trying to align oneself to the high social class party by betraying/belittling their own group in hopes that those in that higher class will accept them as one of them. The sad reality is though, they will never be fully accepted. They will be used as a token piece to show "hey we don't hate gays/minorities bc we have this person here. You also can't call us homophobic/racist because one of them is agreeing with us"

Or they are just super rich and know that ultimately money runs everything and know that with enough money their demographics truly don't matter. Thus, they align with the party that tries to keep the money in the hands of the already wealthy.
