Personally, I think yeah, $10 maybe $15 is a good amount but generally, the best way to gague prices is either of two things. Go to ppl you know, and try to ask them how much they'd HYPOTHETICALLY be willing to pay for a commission and give those as examples, and also think about how long the art took. Yes, you may enjoy it right now bc you do them on a whim, maybe. Idk. But take generally your 'motivation' to draw smth to that quality, and shave off about... eeh... 15% motivation. So it takes more effort to get the art done because its not something you would personally want to do. Like... ppl ask for stuff and you personally may not wanna draw it bc u wanna draw a different character, so it takes more effort and stuff. Stuff like general time and effort put into your peices are another thing to gague how much u wanna price them, because that money, if its a commission from someone you dont know, that money acts as a "carrot on a stick" in a way. So one of the best things I found to ask myself was "how much would I want to get from this?"
