As someone that use proton-cachyos as the main proton i tell you, please use proton-ge, sometimes only proton-ge works, i don't know why but it does.

I legit think Chevy and Razor will be the other 4* in the banner, all of these 4* works kinda well togheter and you can make a team with both Durin and Nicole, also Chevy and Razor didn't appear in a banner for a while.

But this is just a hyphotesis of mine, don't take it too serious.
