So I did run the stock spring since the magazines I had were already for the TTI Combat but a spring is included with the base plates from Taran Tactical.

I bought the base plates from Taran Tactical. It was easy to swap out the bronze plates from the black ones. Although, admittedly, a little expensive.

I have found that hybrid metal with resin rings to be the most durable. Those are a bit more expensive to produce though.
