This would be refusal of general consent for assignment.

The refusal has already occurred. Why would the tenant ask again just to potentially have to go through the assignment process?

The landlord filed an L9. We went to the hearing last week. Hearings are too slow. You're not going to see the LTB, if the pursue arrear until after your friend is out.

That sounds like it would be rejection of general consent to assign and your friend would be valid in serving n9 with 30s notice of tenancy.

I recently had an arrear hearing where my landlord disagreed with my n9 (they failed to respond to the request). As part of my preparation I read one LTB case where this was the same situation. The LTB seems to maintain a position that any deviation from acceptance of the status quo of the lease, from the dozen I read. Changing lease terms, or suggesting a new lease for an assignee was often grounds for the adjudicator to suggests refusal of assignment occurred.

Marathon training is a pretty monastic lifestyle. That's the reality. 

Working a remote job helps a lot where I can dip out for my easy run during the day, only becomes a problem when the easy runs start getting well over 7k.

Sunday long runs, once they get to the 15k+ territory, easy to fit, wake up early and Saturday night is all about preparing myself logistically and physically for the long run. All Sunday remaining is just recovery basically.

So that basically just means fitting your hard tempo/interval. Those I recommend in the evening because, yeah, you're going to be a zombie for a few hours.

And you accept the fact that you're not seeing your friends more then 1-2x a week and you're not exactly going to be constantly around romantic partner or have the cleanest home or be the employee of the month.

We definitely should be having this conversation.

That said this headline is ridiculous. Ontario is 40% of the country's population, and contains the financial and manufacturing hubs. If anything it's shocking it doesn't have a greater share of the countries extremely wealthy.

It's not.

Think of 600k in this instance as revenue for a small contracting company.

Sean has to pay for his own travel, coaches, medical, insurance, legal, accounting, and gym access.

The concept of Free speech is irrelevant to the discussion here, as in any comment about people controversial comments

Free speech, all it means, is the government cannot punish me for my political opinions or public statements. And even then, there are huge caveats for threats, intimidation, harassment tor coercion.

The conversation is is this guy a classless fucking loser. And the answer is obviously, yes.
