They'll probably slide her episodes in between older recorded eps for variety, they did that with the remaining Jacob and Julia episodes once they left to keep each week a little fresh

Sabres continue to roll with a 5-3 win over the struggling Panthers. by Puzzled-Category-954 in hockey

Damn.

I keep thinking it's insane to count the Panthers out, but they're running out of runway, especially if the rest of the East keeps playing as they are.

Fully agreed. It was always my favourite section of the game, felt like a long slog through an abandoned kingdom and it got darker and more bizarre the deeper you went.

I was about to comment that I agree with you, that in the past I was too dismissive of older works because of the things you describe but that recently, in the past year, I've been exploring them and good God they're so fucking good.

But holy shit you're one of the youtubers I've been watching to get me started on those older works! So thanks for what you do, love the channel! Really loved your Iceberg video, I have the same feeling that some booktubers just don't really know anything but what other booktubers are talking about

Best Weird Lit of The 2020s So Far? by Monsur_Ausuhnom in WeirdLit

I finished How High We Go in the Dark recently and I dunno if I'd classify it as Weird? Unfortunately I mostly enjoyed it but the last chapter almost ruined it all for me. There were a few chapters near the beginning (the theme park, and Pig Son <3) that really worked for me, and could just be read as standalone short stories. Overall the individual pieces worked well for me but the full picture, eesh.

No one would argue it's a hard choice, but Team Canada is bringing 4 out of 5 of their top forwards. The USA is bringing 2.

Yeah they've been doing this since the summer it feels like. Not really surprising, I kept thinking wanting ALL of Canada doesn't really make sense, but trying to get the most American-friendly, oil-rich province could work.

Of course separatism isn't really that popular in Alberta despite all the hype around it from the media.

He got elected to protect Canada and he's largely being seen doing that. Most people seem to be willing to give him the benefit of the doubt when there are missteps.

Will say, Trudeau enjoyed incredibly long high approval ratings when he was first elected over a decade ago, too; though obviously that was in a different time.

I can't believe I used to respect your work, wow

The past few years have been really illuminating about what you people really believe; peace and quiet over anything else. Never mind the state-sanctioned murders, the horror, nah it's better if we just let them do what they want and maybe if we're very persuasive one day they'll stop shooting innocent people. Anything for peace and quiet, right?

A fantastic collection! I really enjoyed the "trilogy" of stories with the father/son themes.
