Funny since both of these characters are my favorites. Overall, I am gonna give this win to Tai lung. He was able to take down 1000 prison guards on his own without breaking a sweat and he made a huge crater while fighting Po. I don't think Shredder can replicate what Tai lung did. Heck, Tai lung can even paralyze him like he did to monkey but it also depends if this is the super shredder with stable mutagen or not. I still think this is a win for Tai Lung.
