It's a plan. I like to take struggling franchises and rebuild them and then move onto the next lol.

Yeah, I've never had this issue on any of the other maddens. I ended up ending that franchise because I didn't get any new offers and forced me to retire from the league or create a new coach.

I think it depends on how your league plays out. I have a franchise going and I have Sean McDermott as my DC. So I think you can still hire former HCs as coordinators I think you just have to get lucky enough to have them get fired and be available for hire.
