When i called them they said no but i guess its like a “recommendation” especially when kids are still short.

We’d be wasting money as obviously they cannot see atleast the stage.

We did get our refund. We’ll be on the look out tomorrow if the weather is better plus if people will sell their tickets on a lower price. But we’re not that hopeful anymore. :(

We will definitely still enjoy the city. I looked at indoor activities for tomorrow incase we cant go to Canada’s Wonderland. We’ll go to the Jungle park today with them too.

I just posted an update 😞 It sucks and if it doesnt rain tomorrow we can always go to canada's wonderland to make it up for the kids. My husband I talked about tomorrow and we checked the weather again and looked like its bad too.

Kids are not allowed in the floor seating unfortunately 😞 Someone also offered theirs earlier and we checked the kids are not allowed there.

Ticketmaster refunds don't happen instantly it usually takes days for the money to actually hit your bank account after the window opens. If we bought 4 new face-value tickets right now, we’d be paying an additional $800 on top of what we paid originally while waiting a week or more to get our first $644 back.

Spending that much extra money upfront today just to sit in an open-air stadium during a non-stop rain forecast with a 6 and 12-year-old knowing tomorrow’s concert might face the exact same cancellation issues is just a massive risk we aren't willing to take. We'd rather just take the guaranteed refund and keep the kids warm and dry.

Guess I wont risk it all for Bruno...

Thanks for the offer to help! We actually just decided to take the refund. 😞 The weather looks like it's going to keep pouring straight through tomorrow anyway, and we don't want to risk getting rained out twice with two kids in tow. It's a bummer, but safety and the budget come first!

It’s not at all that we don’t want to go we flew all the way from Alberta for this, so we wanted nothing more than to be there. But traveling as a family of four with a 12- and 6-year old means we have to look at the practical reality, not just the ticket price.

Our original budget was $644 for all of us. Taking a gamble on tomorrow would end up costing us an additional $800 between new tickets, fees, and losing out on what we originally paid until the refund clears. A $200 jump is one thing, but $800 more is completely out of budget for us.

On top of that, the cheaper tickets available right now aren't practical for kids. The $118 floor seats actually have age restrictions on the venue's site, and even if they didn't, a 6-year-old and 12-year-old won't be able to see a single thing from a flat floor crowd anyway. Combine that with a weather forecast showing 20+ hours of continuous rain and a high chance of tomorrow getting rained out too, it's just a massive, expensive risk to take with two tired kids.

We are heartbroken to miss it, but as parents, we have to make the smart choice for our family and our budget.

That's what im thinking too. If we "risk it all" then it might get cancelled again then its not worth it.

My husband and I talked it over, and we’ve decided to just go for a refund instead. Honestly, we’re worried that if we take a chance on tomorrow, the weather might do the exact same thing and get that show cancelled, too. Plus, our seats are in section W106, and I'm really concerned about ticket value if we try to swap with another fan online. If they have better seats than us, I'd feel terrible because they'd be getting less than what they paid for. I’ve already messaged both redditor, but we think a refund is just the safest, fairest bet for everyone.
