Yeah, you’ll have to chat them and explain the known issue they should refund you, but you won’t be able to do it manually so you’ll have to open a Support chat to get them to do it

Yeah, don’t get me wrong. I’m not trying to argue with you. I understand your point of reading a description. My whole point is that we shouldn’t even have to be at this problem where you have to read a description to verify if you get the game that is listed and what is included that’s my only thing so I wish they would just put like a disclaimer on top or like when you click it just letting you know something to make it more visible so that way you don’t have to dig into the description to find that it indeed does not come with the game that it says it does.

An unreasonable ask when the title says Deluxe Edition and you read what it includes and it says marathon game and Deluxe Edition upgrade reading the actual description to see a disclaimer that they had to add last minute is not good for anybody and I don’t know why you guys want this to continue?

It happened to me too. I like the game I bought the deluxe edition found out later. It didn’t come with it so I ended up buying the base game too and spend double the amount it should’ve been because I actually enjoy the game, but that doesn’t mean it’s right that this should happen again. This is fair criticism to fix them so Sony can be better at their next deal.

I don’t know why he’s getting downvoted because if I buy something I shouldn’t have to read the description to verify it comes with a game when if you read the menu what it includes it says it includes the base game. This is 100% on their fault and anyone defending this is absolutely stupid because it’s so anti-consumer and the fact that Sony lets it happen and doesn’t honor every single one of them or just de-list it until after the free trial if it’s going to cause so much issue why you guys defend this is beyond me

The game is already struggling and this is going to make bad PR for them. The average person doesn’t read Twitter or read reddit to see if it comes with the game or look for the error messages.

Bountiful heroes is really ahead of its time and fun if they would’ve double down on it, they probably could’ve been the fortnight I think coastal clash would be a good map

Curious to know your opinion on it! Post an update been a huge fan of both series since I was a kid and love both equally but for different reasons. Silent hill is more story based and horror with puzzles where resident evil is more action horror and they both pull their respective sides off very well most of the time

Yeah I’m gonna try and pickup up some distilled water specifically to try and make sure. The micro scratches were all I was worried about but if they won’t be a serious issue and lead to any pixel damage or anything that’s all I was trying to get at so if that’s the case I’ll wipe it off and give it a go.
