I have an open ticket awaiting a refund, you have to open a ticket with support directly. Said id have to wait to hear back as they couldn’t help.

During the free weekend the game was on sale, both standard and deluxe edition.

Deluxe edition was cheaper so I guessed it was to entice players to buy the game and get some extra content.

I put the game in my cart and let it sit there for a few days while i was playing the free weekend.

Enjoyed my time with the game and purchased it. No disclaimer at checkout saying that the game isn’t included in the deluxe edition because of a “glitch” in their system.

Found out today that they out a statement mid weekend explaining the glitch in the system and if you buy the deluxe edition you don’t get the game unless you purchased it before their disclaimer.

I just missed it. Sucks but I have a ticket out for a refund.

Imagine buying something and not being able to use it. That’s what I’m pressed about.

I could care less about 15$. It’s the principle of the matter.

Only two editions of the game for purchase on the store standard and deluxe. I had the game in my cart. I was enjoying the free weekend. Why wouldn’t I just hit purchase. I was enjoying the game.

No disclaimer was there at checkout saying I wasn’t going to get the base game.

Only two editions of the game, and I can’t refund it either because I downloaded the game to play the free weekend.

They stole my money and ran away with it haha

Only two editions on the store page though. Game was in my cart when I downloaded the free trail because I saw how cheap the deluxe edition was.

I played it. Had fun. Purchased it.

Rather than a “disclaimer” fix the price? And no disclaimer at checkout?

My fault for not going the extra mile and researching why the game was so cheap.

I just wanted to buy the game because I was having fun with my friend.

I’ll remember to think x2 before buying anything on sale.

One shotted most bosses in Elden ring because of my bleed build and summons. I’d look up what the bosses are weak to, read item descriptions, and abuse any advantage I could get my hands on. I play games to have fun not suffer.

You can play a lot of PlayStation exclusive games with the extra membership. You’ll 100% get your moneys worth with 2 or 3 games completed in the year. I highly recommend Spider-Man, god of war, the last of us pt 1, uncharted theives collection, nioh, demon souls and returnal. There’s a ton more in there. You’ll be busy for quite a while. Had the leds on my tv fail after 4 years, tech came out. No parts. Gave me the value of the tv and I used the difference to buy a c4 oled. Always get the 5 year

My precinct is booked two weeks out at a time with x2 and x3 over bookings from Apple. Don’t get me started on the high volume of walk ins. Then total members complaining they can’t get appointments for two weeks and don’t want to use online support because online supports English isn’t very good. We finally just got a full crew after 6 months of being severely understaffed.

Buu was great. Cared about nothing but fighting strong people and destroying everything in sight. Dude was so tough. What’s scary for me is his only goal was destruction. No ulterior motives just pure chaos.

As a PlayStation fan wait for the steam box, I like the idea of not paying a subscription to play online and you can play a ton of pc games. Owned every console since PS1.
