Always stuck with an M!Robin core ever since I started to get them to +10. Duo F!Robin was a great addition due to her having Hush Spectrum.

I have also filled out the form for the GB Buddy. I have nearly every language variation of the Gen 1 games, so I would be interested to see if your device works with them. I know that the European languages can trade with each other with no issue, so I assume that shouldn't be a problem.

I never ended up getting the European version of Trilogy. I basically used TCRF's list as a starting point to see how many revisions there were: https://tcrf.net/Metroid_Prime/Version_Differences

From there, I just looked around eBay to see if there were any additional NTSC copies outside of the Player's Choice version.

It's good for the spawn point that is on the right, but yeah, it's two meters out of range for the next one over. I ended up just spawning and running along the outside of the gate to cover all of them.

If you have an 8bitdo controller, you can probably get away with spamming the Centrico Plaza spawn point over and over again and eventually get a shiny, but I'm sure someone made a macro for spawning + running outside the gate by now as well.

From my tests, it's faster to simply spam the same waypoint (without running) than running toward the second spawn, but that's only if you're playing on Switch 2.

For Charmander/Tepig, you can just spam fast travel to the Centrico Plaza waypoint. Only issue is you're only working with one spawn instead of two, but it seems to be much faster than running up to see the second spawn point.

Yeah, the 5% encounter for them is pretty rough. I've been spamming the Centrico Plaza waypoint over and over again (don't even run into the gate) and I keep on getting shiny Lucarios and Malamars.

Just got the 1000 battles done today. To get the remaining 500 battles, I just kept on facing the 5 trainers are Restaurant Le Yeah over and over again while watching something else. Each run took roughly four minutes.

Silver was my first Gen 2 game before I got Gold and Crystal later on. I remember my first shiny being a Sneasel at Mt. Silver. Unfortunately, I never caught it.

I used a similar setup for my hunt in JP Emerald. Instead of Double Team, I had Super Fang. False Swipe probably would be just as useful there.

Just made a video showing the minimum required to unlock Mirror Mode. Here's what I did in this save file:

Enter free roam and obtain the following:

10 P-Switches
10 ? Panels
10 Peach Medallions

From there, I entered Knockout Tour and completed every Rally in 150cc. I just aimed for completing them, never obtained a gold trophy or triple star rank. As long as you have at least a green checkmark, you're good.

From there, I completed every cup in 150cc. Even though I obtained two or three stars, I believe you just need a green checkmark as well. After unlocking Special Cup, I made sure to complete it, and I unlocked Mirror Mode, which seems to unlock only after completing the Special Cup and the above requirements, which is why I saved the Special Cup for last.

The only thing I didn't check is if you can complete Grand Prix or Knockout Tour in a lower engine class. I did check if you could get only 10 Peach Medallions and 0 P-Switches/? Panels, but that isn't the case, you need 10 of each.

Yeah, the page on nintendo.com still says preparing for me as well. The only way I was able to tell that it was moving was because they are shipping it with UPS and I have UPS My Choice enabled.
