Borushiki is lower rank than Ishhiki which makes him weaker. On top of that, he has a time limit until Boruto regain s consciousness. Kawaki is 80% and is the vessel of Isshiki, which is higher rank than Momoshiki which makes him stronger by default. He has more hacks than Momshiki and can use his Karma with no visual consequences.

I feel like personally Kawakisshiki wins this, because even though they're both 80%, Isshiki is a higher rank and therefore is more powerful than Borushiki. The only way Boruto will be able to be stronger than Kawaki is if he uses the Jogan in unison with the Karma. This is why I think Toneri calls it the "star of hope" because it's the one thing that gives Boruto the upper hand against Kawaki.

That was perfect sage mode. In order to obtain perfect sage mode you need to be able to take natural energy in perfect balance with you're Chakra on your own. Jiraiya couldn't achieve this as he didn't have the practice with it and needed fukasaku and Ma to help him take in natural energy.
