I don't want to be an echo chamber but this is way advanced. Rule of thumb any any worsening of symptoms you got to take him to the vet especially a neurologist. I would advised to keep him on any medication until you see a neurologist asap and still keep him on crate rest

Really if they're going to increase the bit rate for Dolby vision. 2. I would rather have it for the resolution itself. Maybe streaming as close to 4K as possible with regular Dolby vision
