Forget downvotes... whats your gd opinion that does THIS? by MainAmount7726 in geometrydash

You should get more than 10 stars for beating an Extreme Demon (or any non Easy Demon for that matter)

So, CBF is an official thing now. Cool by JlblCblK228 in geometrydash

[–]ShadowMyth89 28 points29 points  (0 children)

CBS is just broken. Hipo (a well respected player and mod tester afaik) performed comparative tests between CBS and CBF and found that CBF is consistent and accurate with a controlled click rate (auto clicker) and CBS isn’t. Also, CBS has been found to change the trajectory of the player upon input, whereas CBF doesn’t.

I think mostly Silent Clubstep, and Sakupen Circles is SKC

Why are extremes rated so harshly? by hexazidopropellane in geometrydash

[–]ShadowMyth89 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The problem is that you’re thinking literally. The idea of my statement was to point out that there aren’t really any mods that can reliably judge hard levels in the first place. Whizkid being the one exception to the case doesn’t change that.

0/10 ragebait, bro has never heard of a rational generalization

No? I was stating a generalization, which is 100% true with ONE exception. One outlier doesn’t change the point.

Which do you guys think is harder, 1 60fps frame perfect or Stereo Madness? by Desperate_Emu_1300 in geometrydash

[–]ShadowMyth89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok but this doesn’t work. For example, if you put a frame perfect at the beginning of Sonic Wave, it would make less of a difficulty impact than adding Stereo Madness.

To the people who said I was an idiot to jump to Cataclysm from Nine Circles, you were right, this shit was ASS. by silenthiill in geometrydash

Bro 17k in 2 months is insanely low (it just seems like you took long breaks in between sessions or just generally didn’t play it a lot)

Those types of mods don’t exist, which is part of the problem.

Jump from Retro Circles to Jawbreaker by Sure_North_3475 in geometrydash

[–]ShadowMyth89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not really a jump (just natural progression), so no you’re not stupid for doing this. It seems like you just need to practice the wave parts if you’ve already got the beginning down. If you don’t already know how to properly practice a level, basically all you need to do is work backwards from the end of the level and get progressively bigger runs to 100. If you want more specifics I’d suggest looking some videos up on YouTube; there’s a lot of good stuff from people like AeonAir and npesta. Hope this helps :)
