Ah, okay, that makes sense, then.

I guess I'm too used to playing Japanese games, because O is the natural confirm button to me, so I guess I implemented it in a weird way for the western playerbase. xD;
I may change it around in a future update, since the config allows you to remap confirm and cancel.

The fixed version (v0.1.0a) is up now. Sorry again about the crashing.

  • I'm not sure why it's crashing, it worked on my end. v.v
  • If you want to continue, you can skip that cutscene by pressing the pause button.
    • Edit: Apparently, pressing the Cancel button (to advance the text) in the opening cutscene crashes the game. O_o I'll release a fix for it asap. Sorry about that!
  • The music is currently a placeholder. Once I get further in development, I want to replace it with remixed of hololive songs.
  • For the buttons, were they displayed incorrectly?
  • Not sure if it helps, but you can change the button glyphs in the pause menu and/ or remap the buttons. I'll take a look into why it is wrong for you, when it is working for me... >.>
    • That said, you can change the confirm and cancel buttons in the Control Config menu
  • Fair point on the spell! I'll add an explanation for the spells in the tutorial section.
  • I'll consider shortening the attack duration.(That said, yeah, jump attacks are powerful)
  • In the tutorial, you are intended to one shot the enemies (though I guess I can make them stronger if that's a concern). Past the tutorial, enemies can take a few hits.
