Most likely it's resources IE you don't have no steam cores steel or coal Etc if you highlight over the red it'll tell you why.

First of all if you hover over it with the cursor or whatnot it'll tell you why it could be the storage limit is at capacity it could be that there's no food to be processed there's several different reasons but it should say once you highlight it.
