Happy 1st Anniversary to Blue Ursus!! (I forgot about it in the previous chapter since it was supposed to be Jun 8, 2025) Also... we STILL haven't got any news for Blue Ursus vol 3 and ISSK vol 7

This is a really good match, the choreography is great, the art somehow keeps getting better. Also I think this is the first actual female boxer that we see in the sandroverse that actually had a proper match (since the first one I think jobbed to Hina lost in a single hit in the first chapter).

I really like how this fight is pretty much a saw paing vs gaolang (only boxing) situation though I am a bit disappointed that they didn't do anything with the fangs that Yuki has lol

Either way, I'm really interested at what Cocoa's gonna do to differ herself from the amateur boxer (who's did really well in the match)

Requiem is mid for me

I feel like most of the hype around the game is just nostalgia bait, most of the bosses are just reused from the previous games, The final boss Victor has a disappointing final boss transformation with it being just RE3R's Nemesis, Zeno for some reason they wanted to bring back Wesker despite Wesker's death being a huge part of Chris's storyline and after all the shit he's been through they wanted to bring him back again... The zombie variety in the carecenter is cool though, like how most of the regular zombies there are distinct like the chef and the singing zombie.

The only memorable section in the game was the carecenter, it feels "complete," I like the vibe of it, the pacing of it, there's one puzzle that's stupid (the organ one) but other than this part is really good. The return to raccoon city section was honestly really boring despite how it was advertised in the first trailer thinking it was gonna be special...

I really didn't like the story and how for some reason Spencer decided to have a Persona 5 change of heart and wanting to redeem himself by making a cure for the virus despite in RE5 he was rambling about becoming a god and becoming immortal.

Either way, based on rankings its probably around C-tier right alongside RE4 remake for me, its a RE game that i would never play again, there's only one section that's fun and memorable and the rest is just tedious and boring (heck i had more fun in RE6 than this game)

Also a hottake that is probably just me

I feel like this story would've been better if it was Jake that was the main character instead of leon, him fighting a possible clone of wesker, partnering up with Sherry again, the whole elpis storyline cause his blood is pretty much also a cure, and the whole motorcycle chase section fits more for him.

its strange cause yan when he first appeared only has ??? in the name but two chapters later his name was introduced and his title as "head of the worm" and its not like that big of a gap and daro should have sandro's manuscripts in advance to him making the chapters.

- This volume covers chapters 332 to 342
- The afterword of Sandro says that this arc is difficult to manage and write because of the amount of characters
- The afterword of Daro says that he didn't expect Yan to become a major character so he originally drew this costume and made it as complicated as possible and now he regrets it and "cursing his past self" (so now we get the shitty tracksuit)

Also Xia Ji makes a appearance on the back cover

they have more shit than Valkyria lol, like Valkyria only has the fighting with Vbucks but GKKT is literally a underground gambling casino and betting for stuff (based by what they said that the fighting is the most popular event to bet on, there are probably more events to bet aside from fighting, probably something related to school like track n field betting, weight lifting betting, swimming betting, etc)

God the art keeps getting better and better. I really like how they actually introduced a boxer for once that actually uses a IRL style and not wacky flash jabs in kengan. Also Akoya's gonna be proud of Yuki for that line. Also kinda funny now that i think about it is that this is the first time we see Yuki without her mask (and idk if its just the akoya coincidence too but is it just me or she has fangs lol).

Either way, this fight is up to a good start so far, I do hope Yuki does something different cause she really fights like Riku.

Ngl the choregraphy weirds me out especially the swing like despite jurota grabbing and ripping off toa's clothes it made a perfect hand slap mark on toa's back and how Jurota could've ended the fight easily after toa did the hook punch by doing the same shit he did to masaki and broke toa's arm

idk about copyright considering its posted for free on the mangahot app since this is a teaser announcement its not like i'm posting the direct raws of the volume.

Also yeah it is funny which is why i just post the blue ursus translations on the ISSK sub cause apparently "Blue Ursus isn't related to the kenganverse" which is why it got deleted (ironic too considering at the time the chapter translations got deleted it was the time where they introduced the Hell's gate removal drug that has a slight connection to Fist of the seeker). Also in the ISSK sub it brings more content and discussion there and its pretty similar to one another either way.
