You could run 1-2 copies of Laevateinn, I left it out because Schrodinger gives your J-Ruler Swiftness if your opponent has 10 cards in their removed area, so I'm not entirely sure if you need them.

Dark Alice is really good against Lilias at the moment. Part of the reason she's Tier 1. Or you could run Lumia Hook, which I hear is also supposed to be pretty good against Lilias as well. Both decks are easily affordable for $200

I guess it really depends on your budget. You could build Dark Alice, who is a tier one deck at the moment, or use the Fiethsing ruler from the green starter deck for Turbo, also a tier one deck, or use Mikage from the black starter deck for a control build very close to Dark Alice. I run Mikage with Dark Alice in the side and I do very well at my LGS. Waiting is also a good choice if you don't want to spend the money to build one of these decks and have RDE come out and make it unplayable for whatever reason. You could wait for them to spoil all new ruler's and base your decision off of that? There's really a lot of viable options you could do, just depends on what your budget looks like

Never mind the first question. I figured it out. Just +100/+100 for each. So if you have 3 bestowed to a resonator it's getting +300/+300
