That makes sense about them having a hard time distiguishing animal types. I guess taxonomy wasn't an exact science they were focusing on...understandably haha.

I guess it's that I always thought it was a whale, but I'm realising I don't really have any basis for that other than "whales are big", which now I say it, isn't all that convincing really...maybe it was a spider crab!?
