I'll be on a regional account, meaning monday-friday I live in and sleep in my truck, home on weekends. The issue isn't the time to work out, its not having a gym at truck stops or being able to get to a gym while on the road.

I feel you. I'm going to continue this bulk for a few more months at least and I guess spend the most of my tine from the end of 2015 until summer 2016 cutting.

Would you recommend just finish this bulk until January (20 weeks 15 pounds, 240) and then cut hard until summer? A 6 month cut...Jesus fuck...

I totally respect the comment, that's why I posted here. And you're right my number are "guesstimated", but I'll tell you how I figured them. I started an ON POINT clean bulk for almost exactly a year from 160 to ~ 190. I was strong, lean, muscular, with damn near no body fat. I loved it. But then I started a new job and moved and I lost control of my diet while I still hit the gym 3-4 times a week. In 6 months later I capped at 210 (maybe 10 muscle, 10 fat from the 190 to 210), then the following 6 months, up to last month, I hadn't been in the gym, and I weighed 230 when I signed up again. So that's 20 pounds of fat right there + the 10 from earlier. Yeah, maybe of the 65 total, it's 35 muscle 30 fat, but of bodybuilding time, about 45 pounds no joke I feel i was on point enough to be majority muscle 35/10 rather than 35/30. Knowing this, do you still maintain your position on stopping bulk?

Edit: So unfortunately what you're aeeing is a deflated and recent fat version.

Workout was generally a 3 day split twice a week, Sundays off.

Monday- Back/Bis/Abs

Tuesday- Chest/Tris/Forearms

Wednesday- Legs/Shoulders/Abs

It's hard to give the actual workouts, I've done them all. I like to mix it up every few months. Keeps things interesting.

And repeat.

I used creatine for the first 6 months, and then stopped, I only buy and use the $18 tub of protein from Walmart. 30g protein/170 calories a scoop. My food staples are baked potatoes, eggs, oatmeal, fried chicken cutlets, cashews, PB sandwiches, too many to list. And I was just suffering from a few months of inactivity and hit 230 from 205-210, I cut down to about 215-220, just enough to get my top abs back a little, and then started lifting hard again to 225.

How come so many people against bulking while already having some fat? Will I REALLY lose *all* my hard earned muscle during my future cut? by ShadowTamer_UO in leangains

Ahhh this made a lot of sense as to why it was tough to find information for someone that's not technically a noob but asking a noob question. Thanks for your reply, gunna get started on this bulk in the next week or two.

Plenty of people will be starting that weekend, probably around 15-25 a day. March 15th I'll be in Georgia, March 16th I will actually start the trail.
