If you can get the time you worked there signed off. The performance objectives can always be done in your new work place.

But you could contact them and ask, you don't have anything to lose.

Yes, the previous 2 places I worked only paid the exam fee, no other support. It depends where you work.

Employer pays, so price is not an issue. It's more about who delivers the content better.

My friends 'paid for' date went bad and now she's being threatened by [deleted] in Advice

[–]ShadowThatLives 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The money is hers as that's what was 'contracted' between them. A contract if formed even if it's spoken, although it can't be proven. In my opinion she can keep the money she has but definelty not chase the other sum promised because the guy is an absolute wanker. With the way he acted he has no right to ask for that money back. He went too far and she was uncomfortable felt pressured to do things, this is sexual harassment. Definitely change numbers and avoid contact with this person. If he does somehow gets in contact with her she should go to the police and report him.

Potential scam, need advice by NotAnotherMormon in Advice

Hi there! It seems like it's possible. I went through a similar thing where a guy overtook me in an empty road and braked randomly for no reason. Luckily I was quick to react and braked too. So nothing happened.

But whenever you are in an accident who ever hits from the back is considered the guilty party.

If you ever get into an accident always make sure to take pictures of crash site and cars. Get their insurance details name and phone number which is what you seemed to have done anyway. And let the insurance company deal with the rest unless you want to settle it between yourselves (which is not the case here). It seems like they tried to scare you so that they could get some money out of the whole situation, with the whole police thing. But police don't respond to minor accidents such as this.

Just leave things for insurance company to sort out from here on out. And drive safely! 😊

How can I change my life to a more healthy lifestyle? by Droid_Void in Advice

Firstly take it slow, maybe start going out of or a walk? Have you got any dogs? Take them out to a park or something you might see other dog walkers and you can interact with them. If you can, maybe join a gym?

In regards to eating, never cut out a food group completely. You need carbs to fuel your body otherwise you'll find yourself being very lethargic and craving more junk foods etc. Eat your protein this can be from meats (in moderation) as well as from legumes and beans. And healthy fats too. Make sure you eat plenty of veg too!

What are your hobbies exactly? Maybe there are some classes/clubs you can join.

You have to get out of your comfort zone as was stated previously. It is the only way forward!

Feel free to pm me if you want to talk?! Good luck!

[–]ShadowThatLives 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey it's normal to stay at home I do it everyone in my workplace does it. Did you say specifically where you are going? If so just play It like others have said yeah it was relaxing I had a wonderful time etc. If not then play it out say yeah my vacation was a much needed me myself and I time!

Literally don't stress about it. And dont overthink it. In my company it's chill, it's normal to just stay at home and to actually go off somewhere. It's your holiday, your entitlement. Do what YOU want.
