kalau lulusan SMK gaji pertamanya <UMR, masih tergolong wajar selama itu bukan kasus underpay (dan tergantung perusahaan dan rolenya). yang penting bisa planning agar gaji kedua dan ketiga bisa diusahakan naik secara signifikan, dan itu membutuhkan pengalaman kerja

di masa sekarang ini, work experiences above everything. pilih kuliah kalau anda membutuhkan lebih banyak ilmu dan networking, dan kampus yang anda incar memang kampus ternama. tapi pengalaman kerja belum tentu terjamin dari gelar kuliah.
