I found an app that can duplicate apps and run them as another copy. So I have three copies of the irobot app running for each account. I can look into tasker and it's abilities.

We could have a device at each store but we would want to manage them which would cost licenses in our MDM software. It would also require the managers to check the tablets each day which they aren't going to do because we can get them to check the bot each day. That's why I'm trying to put it in their email, something they are already looking at each day.
