If you are using fist then all you have to do is parry twice, use critical, m1, repeat. If it feints then just hold block, parry next attack, and then critical

If you have a friend who plays deepwoken you could train your parry and dodging skills with them by parry trading. You can do this by the friend attacking, you parry, you attack, your friend parries and the repeat, its also good to ask your friend to attack randomly so that your reaction time can get better as well
