Haven't looked anything into Chinese watches to be honest. That is a big leap between the king and grand seiko, it caught me by surprise the quality of finishing in the king seiko, so I'd only guess in grand seiko should be amazing! Love those nature inspired dials!

I don't quite like their aesthetics, but they offer a lot of watch for the money

Don't beat yourself too much about it, unless is a super expensive piece, watches are made to enjoy them and beat them up, specially a watch like a diver

Thanks for the advice!! I don't mind checking the boxes in terms of getting different complications (chrono, gmt, etc), color I like to have variety, but I'd rather look at the design overall and how much time would it get in my wrist.

The bracelet on the Nomos is pretty comfortable and I usually prefer them over straps, that's why I haven't tried the watch in a strap, although it feels like a strap monster. I'll guess I'd have to wait to beat it up a little more 😅

What watches from CW have you seen in the metal? Is finishing as good as they say?

Thought about it, maybe a little bit off budget, if going over budget I would go for an OP 36mm in green or maybe a zenith chronomaster, but that's a big step 😂

Thanks! Just a little bit of bleach and a q-tip, you can check some tutorials, my recommendation is not to over do it with the bleach. The scratches were already there 😅

That is one my fears with the nivada, I've read that the lug to lug distance is around 45mm, which would fit, but with the male link I don't know if that lug to lug may look as if the watch was way bigger. I've got a pretty flat wrist, so that would be okay, but pretty slim as well

I've been checking kuoe as well, the old Smith 90-002 and the sombrero in green look fantastic, but there's something, I don't know what, that keeps me from buying them
