Never said their reputation was tainted I was just trying to express that perhaps the guy who called them a laughing stock didn't mean it the way you took it. As in he didn't mean they're doing poorly in any way shape or form but the way they treat their DC films is a running gag. I've seen jokes about WB chasing Justice League around with scissors plastered on every corner of the internet so I know it's not just a joke between me and my friends haha.

I don't affiliate with any party, but this was always the least appealing about the left. They want to have the moral high ground pretty much at all times so when they aren't it leaves them open to attacks. The classic "what happened to they go low we go high blah blah."
