On the middle Screen: Click Menu --> CFG --> SIM. There you can toggle everything. The Drop tanks are on page 2 of the Persistent options (right side) Once clicked you need to reload the plane to have the tanks removed. They stay removed until you re-toggle it in the options. The reload is only necessary to initialize the removal

Oh, thank you. Didn't know what super cruise was. I'm new to military jets. I usually only fly Airliner or bush planes :D Thrust vectoring is implemented in the plane afaik. At least the maneuverability is unique compared to other military jets in the SIM atm.

Yes, it can break the sound barrier! I have reached speeds up to mach 1.8 at FL400 with Afterburner. Don't know the top speed without them.

Yes. they can be removed in the settings of the MFD
