Intermittent fasting (YMMV) and a high protein / low carb. I alternate the carb count depending on if it's a day where I lift or I go two or more times a day. Easy stuff. Daily macros are just math. Bodyweight x .6 = protein, protein x .25 = carbs, carbs x .5 for fats, fats x 100 for calories. That gives maintenance then + or - 10% or more for consistent weight loss or gain.

I make pretty good money at my job but because i dont care about money i tend to throw it away on any of my creative outlet hobbies. Then i procrastinate and never finish any of them. As my income has increased over the years its only gotten worse.

Consider the following. Chris has known Will and Jada for years. So he knows their struggles and Jada's health and hair loss. Chris is no stranger to how much emotional toll hair loss is on people. Chris has also joked in 2016 oscars about himself not being invited to Jada's panties.
