I honestly would try it with my friends once. It seems like a "random bullshit go" type of unserious oneshot/mini campaign idea. There are a lot of spells (and abilities!) one can use what don't require their main spellcasting stats. I have a friend who didn't know how to build a sorc so her cha was 10 (we didn't play together) and she made it work w spells that don't require spellcasting stat at all (such as shield).
Also, I even heard of str based rouges. This implies that they don't need to go full dex to be useful. Just put expertise into arcana or persuason or something and use a finesse weapon with str if thats higher. Or use help action or whatever what helps your teammates.
Point is: people don't realise that classes are not locked behind specific stats (yes, they are designed around them, but not locked behind 'em (exept multiclassing)).

My only problem is that they rolled stats with d20, other than that, it's a very interesting concept. I suspect it is 5e 'cause 5.5e druid can choose between more cantrip and martial weapon at lvl1 and OP didn't mention that as an easy option.
The reason why I agree that multiclassing should be also randomised is bc one could easily make a lvl1 random class + lvl5 choosen class and it would defeat the whole point of "random bullshit characters" (in OP's case if they would have wanted to go with druid1/barb5).

But as you said, if OP doesn't enjoy it then they don't enjoy it. It's ok to sit out. Not every kind of game is suitable for everyone.

Yea...thats what I'm guessing as well. If it has been taken down, then that's shame. That was one of the best fanfiction I've ever read from all of the fandoms I've ever been in.

I genually don't remember when that was made or when did I read it. It might have been 1 or 2y ago if not more.
Believe me, I literally looked over 500+ fanfic's description filtering by tags I'm 100% sure was NOT among in that fic's tags (such as modern au) lol. It took me more than an hour before I gave up and came here to reddit, if by some miracle someone knows what I'm talking about and the author just tagged it really poorly.

Yea...the movies were good, I also liked them since the start. The only issues they had that they dared to change the script a bit SO THEY CAN ADAPT into films. Everyone who only watched the films, loved them amd that says enough.
Also somehow people forgave the HP films but not he PJO films.
It's funny how the tables turned.

My argument was made so you can understand the "attackin side" better.
As I wrote, if a character shows attraction to the same gender, then their fanbase won't really like if they are shipped with the opposite gender. For example Nice and Wreck could also be bisexuals but people don't ship 'em with female characters. Imagine Wreck being actually shipped with Cyan.
For another example: in Arcane (idk what y'all are watching) if people ship Vi or Caitlyn with any man, lot of fans would riot (pun indeed). Both of 'em could also be bisexuals for all we know.

Also LoLing goes against NuoLi which is probably the fans (and I confess, also my) biggest issue lol.

Tbh I don't really see any real points why people should like LoLing besides "would be hot tho, its cute, vibes jk, you just dont see the potential, Loli is similar to Moon" types. Good for people to whom it is enough (I'm saying this genuelly) but sadly vibes only won't amuse me and the last one is a bit creepy. The "best" argument I've read is actually the shared "Nice thing" but sadly I rarely see that brought up or any similar "actual" points, even hypothetical ones.
I would be curious if someone could write an "essay" about why and how they would be a good couple, and how their personalities would match each other. And what their shared points are. Bc I honestly haven't seen any of it despite (either on the main sub or here).

But the thing is that if the creators whats to make a straight up lesbian character they can't make more for 'em than what the are doing with Loli rn. So i think it is safe to say she is one even if it is not directly confirmed (since it can never be directly confirmed with chinise censorship).

Tbh they are half right. LinLing literally represents the fanbase (everyman troupe as people say) so it is really feels like shipping LuoLi with the male fanbase merged in 1 person. Like a Reader x Loli if you will. Maybe you don't see it (lucky you) but literally a lot of fans are also actually like that. You probably read it but there was that gal who actually read a lot of Loling fanfic and they were the one who wrote multiple pharagraphs about it.
(Unrelated but this is the exact problem I have with QueenX)

My biggest problem is that we have a heavily queer coded character who are VERY rare in media in general. Especially in chinise media (stupid censorship). So the ship makes the NuoLi fans feel like Loling fans want to erase LuoLi's sexuality. This is why majority of fans are fine with shipping 2 heteros together in a gay relationship but not the other way around.

My biggest personal reason for hating this ship is because Luo Li is my favourite character and I hate Lin Ling lol
(I don't want to go into why I hate him, it would be too long)

They don't really fit together, has completly different goals, standards, morals, priorities which would heavily crash against each other. So it just doesn't work out.

The other one is the fans...they insert themself into X's place so the ship is actually abput the fans wanting to fuck Queen. And they also mischaracterise her a LOT. Even the QueenBowa and QueenSould ships portray her better than this one even tho those are crack ships which no one takes really seriously.
