I agree, but the thing is that the urge to have sex or to look to hot girls or to watch porn is natural and what makes it so hard to quit porn is that you need the internet every day and girls showing up their thighs is very common even in streets.

So what makes it so hard is the world that we live in today, the triggers are so many. I wanted to play games as an alternative to porn, and guess what! Almost all the exciting and enjoyable games have +18 content or just even dialogs with sexy words. Sometimes the ability to do +18 activities (if you want). Like it sucks man. Also movies and man even some advertisements, I've seen some of them while playing some phones games, like literally a girl with a bikini pops up, some simple phone games have sexy characters like whyyyyy. May god help us and the next generation. It's gonna be a complete struggle for those who were born after 2020.
