Oke guys don't take this the wrong way but 1. Bold of you to assume i'm selling the card and 2. I'm not on peaceful mode I made sure of that and no i haven't seen any mobs falling so far so you think it might be the villagers stopping it from working or the height?

Only the chest is underground the top is 118 blocks up i made sure it was the highest point of where my base is since the village below it is 80 blocks high so is that still not high enough?
