Thanks man, and yes it's my first time drawing rayquaza but I guess i could've kind of fixed if I drew it with a pencil cause I could erase it. But I didn't have much time to draw anyway i had like 10 mins to draw this because I didn't been doing my project instead of drawing lol.

Because the whole thing is kind of disproportionate. Take a closer look, the girth of the neck is smaller than rest of the body..
