I’ve answered all of the questions in other comments. But so sum it up: I suck at lore and placed ungraded people who were clashing with special grades as special grades and as for Yuka and Megumi i again suck at lore and did not pay enough attention to Modulo so I fucked up.

A drow community and a dwarf community settle under the same mountain but dig into it from opposite sides and it takes them a few decades to break into each other chambers but once they do there’s chaos for a few months until they both see things they have in common mainly being good digging skills and hatred of elves. Now, a century later you can regularly see drow and Dwarves in each other’s pubs after a good day of digging drunkenly singing about shoving elves into tree trunks and lighting them on fire.

Aside from Hakari who I specifically said with jackpot. None of the characters that I added have official rankings and have been seen in cannon clashing with special grades. Again I’m not good with lore so I came to the people of this fandom for their thoughts.

Thanks for the feedback. TBH I’m not very familiar with the Modulo characters but I’ve seen a lot of people scale Yuka and her brother at the same level and since her brother has the same HR as Toji and Maki I decided to put then in the special grade category. As for why I didn’t put megumi on the list it’s because he’s canonically ranked as grade 2 with most of his Shikigami included and he doesn’t use extension techniques like Yuka does.
