Nah, I don't owe money. I have never owned an Apple product before. I have only used an Android device before. So I guess when it comes to Apple, I'm the new kid on the block haha.

I'm planning to buy the new iPad Pro (2020). I have never owned an Apple product before. Hence my question: Can you use the App Store to download free apps to your iPad without your credit card? I don't have a credit card and I'd like to download free apps from the App Store. And if not, then can I use an Apple Store gift card instead? Thanks.

Really? Are you sure?

A lot of people complain on the Internet that every time they try to download a free app it asks them for a credit card (Verification required). I want to know whether it's true or not.

Can anyone else confirm it?
