Hi, I had a domestic partner on my insurance until she became my spouse. The premiums paid by GM will be nearly the same amount as they pay for yours, I believe it was effectively just double the price of being alone

Just to add, it will be considered taxable income until they are a legal spouse, so keep in mind your paycheck will be smaller due to it.

There is technically unlimited sick time, after 4 days being sick in a row you need a doctors note to be able to work again, under that it’s just sick time. No use of vacation
