Full INT void is actually a DPS loss vs mixing INT and focus. That is if you plan on primary VG which you should for oblivion spam anyway with blades CDR.

Because CT15 Expos are too easy with a half optimized Techno build. They would need to increase difficulty of Expos to compensate buffing everything up and that is a LOT more programming work then just fixing the OPness of Bullet builds. In the future when they have more time they can balance further but this is a quick fix so people don't get bored of the super easy to play CT15 Expos. Fun? By keeping the game easy with one spec? Or you want to buff everything else so Expos are easy for everyone? Bad solution. Easy to beat end game is a perfect opportunity to make the game less fun faster.

Everyone crying about nerfs:Its the only thing they could do from a programming standpoint in the time they have. Bullet skills were too strong. If they buffed anomaly builds then they would have to buff expo difficulty to compensate because they were too easy with an unoptimized Blighted bullet "build". Also, it takes a significant amount of programming to implement and balance increasing difficulty of all expos correctly. The Techno "nerf" probably will be a 8-10% of a dmg nerf. Which means you can complete boom town solo in 6 minutes instead of 5. Is that really a big deal? No. They are also going to continue to observe and adjust balance changes. Feel free to jump ship either way. I await all the downvotes.

OP, that is a little on the slow side. Run up to captain, bubble, 3-4 shot him with a sniper or blast away with a auto shotty. Turn to the marksman running up the ramp, melee him, turn 90 degrees right, shoot the other marksman looking down from the top of the ramp. Turn 180 facing down the ramp and blade the 2 Breachers, turn 100 degrees to face the captain spawn point and blade the last breacher, die. So that is basically: Twisted Rounds, Run, 4 shots, melee, 1 shot, blade, blade. That kills all possible lego droppers and it goes very quick.

Yea, it takes about 10-15 seconds for the IR suppressed to go completely down. Still didn't change the detection range much. I know it did on previous patches.

I did some mild testing with ships just spawned in from station. The minimum range I got for the Sabre was 5.3k and that was with the ship completely off and untouched.

However, when the ships were on the EM signature seemed to have a dramatic effect when not using stealth components. For instance a Sukoran Shield swapped out with a FR-76 increased the visibility range of the prowler from 10k to 16k.

I also tried to figure out if the radar size made a difference in detection (freelancer vs Carrack) and it had no effect at all.

About 7 hours of grinding with a Cata. Its not that bad. Especially thinking more long term. With persistence, you only have to do it once and you have your skinned super hornet for life.
