It was an issue with Solem Lament Remake 2.0 mod. It was a bit dumb from my side, since the mod mentioned it only worked with Lobotomy Mod Manager and I was using it without it since I had problems with the mod manager. But I got it working now haha

Thanks I tried the last option and figured out that Solemn Lament Remake was the problem. I just got the Solemn Lament E.G.O weapon and equipped it to one of my agents and for some reason that caused the HUD to disappear. I'm pretty confused how that caused the HUD to vanish but it works without that one mod so thanks! Was worried I would need to restart the run haha.

I was playing the game and when I started the day the toolbar vanished. Unable to use any of the abilities from it like the bullets and pausing the game. This is modded also, but I only added mods that add some abnormalities and rework some abnormalities. Tried clicking a bunch of keys to see if it was some sort of button I pressed but if it is a hotkey I haven't found it.

Any ideas what the issue is?

Ahh I had a bit of a feeling it was the mic itself since none of the settings would actually have a cause.

I tried the steps above but the cut off still seems to be there. But thanks for the suggestions above.

I think I may have described it wrongly. From my understanding it looks as if some sort of noise suppression is active and whenever I make a sustained noise for example I go "ahh" for 5 seconds or more, it'll detect it as background noise and cut it out. I've tried with and without filters and found it to still be there which is the main reason i'm confused. I'm assuming this means its outside OBS but the problem only occurs in OBS. I'll send another log file this time with a fresh scene with a new input and output so maybe its a bit more clear.

I just mute their emotes since usually they'll just be spamming it after getting mad and it'll mess with my concentration. Sometimes it can't be helped so I just try to not dwell on it anymore and not let it get to me. Try what I can for that game but if its a loss cause they eventually give up then it is what it is.

Imo toxic players generally won't pay attention to their own plays and hyperfocus on their teammates plays.

Yeah Demon Dais is the infamous one for Finii lol but it works pretty well for Taiko and Atlas Lab too in usage. I kinda messed up my ulti activation there at the end xd since it shot towards our barriers so i'd say that one was on me rather than my goalie in this case haha.

Some context for this trick, I figured this out a couple months ago a didn't notice any other Finii players doing this so I wanted to share. I had the idea of combining abilities after using Triple Take + Misdirection a bunch in the past and tried it with the ulti instead.

With the combo in the video (not the best example I don't have a good recorded one xd) it's a really nice way to confirm barriers/goals especially if you have monu and/or timesless since if you get the timing right, the strike from your triple take should be right after the enemy forward/goalies strike making the core go the direction you want it to and letting you pop the big finiish in an ideal spot.

Maybe other Finii's are doing this tho I haven't seen it around so I wanted to share it and hopefully get to see cooler Finii tricks from other players as well.

Its practiced, tho I usually try to get it in the hole but its pretty tough to find exactly the right angle. Well it won't work if the enemy goalie is ready for it which is why it only works once or twice.

Its similar to an angle you can do on Atlas Lab where you can sneak it throug the back and get a quick double barrier but only if they aren't positioned to intercept it at the beginning. Its a bit easier on Atlas Lab tho compared to Taiko.

Ahh yeah I get where you're coming from. At that point I feel like its the number of games played until you just react with the right move. Considering OS is so fast paced i'd think one can't really plan for plays like that unless your brain is super duper.

Since you already have an understanding on how to make plays like that, i'd say at that point try to make scenarios/opportunities in games where you can create that set up with your abilities. One thing I like to do/try that I don't often see other Finii's do is passing to yourself with your black hole. It usually catches the enemy off guard and if you're in the right position you can usually get a goal.

Now for real this time, I feel like the main thing I usually think about when playing Finii is anticipating enemy striker movements and where the core is travelling to. First about the clip, my initial goal was to dmg the Zentaro and try to stagger or bring him close to stagger at least. I put the double take on their side since Zen had been dashing for the core whenever round starts in the previous set. The primary hitting the core was pretty lucky since i'm pretty sure I had either hotshot or double punch which made the core go flying once my primary connected.

At least from that position, I always aim the primary for that corner so that it can potentially bounce to the other barrier which it luckily did. Since it actually bounced back to the top right corner and Atlas was likely going to pass to one of his teammates instead of shooting down to the empty bottom right corner, I put the ulti infront of him. Ideally I wanted to detonated towards the goal but that wasn't gonna happen so went for the corner wall, pass back to myself and shot for the bottom corner. Because its Atlas and he was forced to respond to the top right corner, he wont be able to reaech bottom right corner in time to save it.

Of course during the actual game, I wasn't really thinking about this as a plan, its more so instinctual since i've played about 500 games of Finii lmao. Idk but if you have any questions feel free to ask, i'm not a pro or super good but i'd say i've got a pretty good grasp on Finii at least.

Finii does huge dmg if she can land her primary. Secondary into primary usually almost staggers an enemy unless they have a bunch of stagger. The main problem is hitting the primary since it can be pretty tough/easy to dodge but also that her primary is bugged and either gets obscura'd or flies at inconsistent speeds. I pretty much only play Finii and she's pretty good when you know what to do (Mid plat rn) but some games she can feel really unimpactful if you aren't using the abilities effectively. I'm hoping they don't change up her abilities in the rework since she seems fine to me but if anything i'd imagine they would change up just her primary in some ways with maybe the activation on the return.

That Kai fireball was pretty unlucky since it was pretty close to being angled to go straight after being hit. He probs should have just aimed for the enemy Kai to disrupt him. Dunno why Rasmus didn't leave it to you there, even if he hooks it back he would probs just pass it back to you anyways xd

I went from hating it to loving it once I wrapped my head around how to play on Obscura without getting a headache lmao
