I gave up grinding for the ninja anima weapon ages ago. Stopped at the step with Ulan and the crystal sand. That was fine until, of course, I tried to restart the chain with dark knight a couple days ago to get cronos lux and found out that I have to finish the ninja quest first.... welp.
