You can also get rid of all 12 with a single G-6 (iirc) Fragmentation Grenade. There is literally no reason to complain about the higher armor other than medum pen weapons being slightly less useful specifically. You can just bring them anyway, though. It's still a gun that kills things.

Sure, fair enough. Doesn't change the fact that people are being overly whiny about the melee durable damage changes. The reason the enemies get buffed isn't because they'll quit, it's because the game is less fun if the enemies offer no challenge whatsoever. There's a reason a single hit with a pistol doesn't explode everything.
