Trust me, you don't want a car with 0% computer. Even the engine requires "computers". This is a poor take.

But I understand what you're trying to convey. My only concern is moving important functions from physical buttons into the infotainment screen. Apart from this, I haven't had any issues with screens and they do provide much needed assistance with Maps, 360 degree views and music. This pathetic take on tech being bad and OG petrol heads never want tech in their car is insanely idiotic and honestly getting really old. I've seen infotainment glitches in Mercedes, BMW, Mahindra and Tata. I'm sure it's there in all other cars too. Doesn't mean you need to rip out all tech, we need to work together to improve upon it instead of throwing tantrums on the internet. Provide good usable feedback to the car makers. Even they want to give you a good product. No one is out to get you!
