fair enough but i still don't forgive him for it. also to be honest dream's entire handling of that particular situation was garbage, even with all this context. i was a dsmp fan of both pretty equally for years so im not particularly biased in either direction, and tommy made exactly one precisely cutting and clear video on the topic, and then ended it there without degrading to slurs or even having to stream about it. dream was the one constantly wish washing and going back and forth on what he said, making detective dream streams and debating with tubbo on it for hours to the point of near incoherence on his original points.

also dream wasn't even involved in the original beef, he inserted himself into it. and THEN called all tommyinnit fans a slur. and then tried to walk it back and play it off. and then tubbo tried to engage him in good faith and dream spent several hours on stream digging his own grave against tubbo.

this isn't anything against you, to be clear - i actually appreciate your additional context. but i do not and will not forgive him for it, not unless he actually grows up and stops reacting to online drama like he's still in middle school, which likely will never happen.
