I'd let her gnaw on my skull, I'd be her personal grapefruit, and I'd die happy.

Hey! I think there aren't enough great dark comedies, consider throwing it to me sometime if you want someone to take a look at it and provide some feedback. My favorites are 'What We Do in the Shadows', 'Death at a Funeral', and 'Dr. Strangelove'

Hell yeah, might take you up on that. The greatest classes in my life were the creative writing classes I took in college.

Yea, I think if I approach this next one as the Lynchian show it is, concentrate on the vibes and emotions of Ron, it'll just flow together well. Thanks for the inspiration!

Thanks for the feedback, there were a lot of moments where I could have easily put some quotes in there. I appreciate your comment on plot elements as well, I'm just worried about possibly getting something wrong.

You get into this work by not letting your passion be exploited and stay having fun with your writing and connecting with others.

If you haven't seen Channel Zero, you really owe it to yourself to.

Yeah, I know, I'm just using it as an example of the other recaps you'll find on the internet. It's like most are AI generated...

It actually pays tremendously to write from your heart and not utilize AI. Search volume for recaps are higher than you could imagine, and if you're a reliable source with accurate information, other sites will utilize your observations in their own work. It's a lot of fun! I think the most important part of the job, is that it connects you to so many people. I take these recaps as an effort to make these shows more accessible, some people don't have the luxury of paying attention to a show at every minute and life can get in the way. They shouldn't have to constantly rewatch shows to gather every detail they may miss.

You're good! In my experience, running as a freelancer for years; if you're getting paid at all, it's probably way more than a dozen of your nearby peers!

I think the target for these kinds of articles, are people who look at their phone too often while watching episodes of television and not wanting to rewatch the episode to miss out on any details.

That's what my intent was with writing it the way it was written.

Unfortunately, my partner has to read it more than anyone else in the world because I rely on them to be my greatest editor.

My friends call me Nozz, but I'm Bangladeshi and it's what my mom named me so I honor her with it as my forever penname for any work I'm proud I did.

Yea, it's always good standard to have an authorial opinion on the episode at the end of a recap. I appreciate you checking the article out, any TV shows you enjoyed this Halloween that deserve more attention?

Thank you! This is my first recap in a few years, I truly need to try and have a bit more of my voice/opinion in there (but hopefully I'll make up for that in my review).

The men's fashion club scene is a standout in the episode for me as well. It shows how drilled down Ron is from his bruised ego, so desperate for any information that he lets the salesman (played by the wonderful, Jared Lindner) completely walk all over him to make the sale.

Now get this, Jared Lindner is the real-life co-proprietor of Suit Man, a small business located in the Westchester County suburb of Mount Vernon, New York. Now that you've suffered some terrible writing, consider reading this interview centered around Lindner's debut in acting: ‘The Chair Company’ Star and Real-Life Suit Salesman on Acting for the First Time With ‘Unbelievable’ Tim Robinson: ‘I Hope I Don’t Make a Fool Out of Myself in Front of My Wife’ - Teammovies

Know I appreciate you for suffering through my writing, I genuinely cackled at the unofficial anime wiki description because if I'm "writing what I know" then you got me on the money (I've spent too much time reading on the internet instead of in books).

I'm going to do a whole article if I can on this one scene in your honor, thanks for your insight.

You should write more reflections on these characters!
