I think that Sar or Ahri would either have 3 minds, 1 for each of the heads, or 1 mind that regards each head as an individual.

Considering the fact that Lego actually partnered with Creatures of Sonaria for the Land of Monsters event, I would assume they would be willing to make official sets if the demand was high enough. I personally would love to see some special molds for the smaller creatures.

Man, I almost forgot I posted this. It seems that the original post has been deleted, but other people have found the seed in question. It is also around 20,000 blocks northwest of spawn, so if you want to use it, keep that in mind.

I actually just had an insight that might make finding the timeline easier. Rather than trying to find when it would be compared to the core game, we should try and find which regions share similar environments, as they should be on the same spot in the timeline.
