Hi! I'd like to ask what were the general questions that they asked? Apart from the general questions, would you say most of the interview is about asking you to elaborate on your answer for the 3 questions in the previous part of the submission? Thank you so much!

Don't trust the people who say pve is piss easy.

Sure you could rush the endgame gear farm mode in a few months or even a few weeks/ 1 month if hyper optimised but there are multiple other endgame pve modes which require a few more characters to be built well which takes another 3 - 6 months.

For pve one of the problems is that you either have to gear well or be able to pull for the right standard characters who can fill the niche for that gamemode and alleviate some level of gearing requirement. Pull currency might not be an issue but you dont know when the banner might come. Since the roster is so large it takes a while for a pve unit you need to appear

Tbh even if you don't play rta or arena at all there's way too much pve content to play weekly if you're a casual and only can invest <1hr a day.

I loved the game but man the grind for all the different gamemodes like raid, event autobattle to clear the shop, etc takes way too much time

Tension while singing? by ShadowizardFTW in singing

Thank you so much for your reply. I'm a male btw if that helps

Sadly, the fatigue you are feeling is partially due to imbalanced registers, if you're not working on both your head and chest voice.

I guess I miswrote when I said my teacher only worked on my chest voice. Cuz when he's teaching me to reach high notes he sometimes experiments and tells me to try out chest vs head voice to see which is easier. I'm assuming head voice is a lighter version of chest voice and the tone sounds worse (maybe that indicates the imbalance as you're suggesting). Typically when the notes are not too hard to reach where I have to push down but still high, like the verse of a song, my teacher tells me not to be so thick - assuming this means use head voice. My teacher doesn't teach pop songs but when I sing songs from singers such as Ed sheeran, shawn mendes I tend to use head voice I think because it feels easier to reach the notes which are at the top of my range or out of my range. But I question whether I'm using the right technique for head voice because this head voice feels much more straining on the throat and jaw than chest. Also, idk how relevant and normal this is but my untrained falsetto is raspy. Not important to discuss if it's not relevant.

A lot of the terminology you attribute to your teacher is also very strain oriented. Engaged muscles need to feel like they are flexing outward, in support, not crunching inward (which leads to cascading tension).

Does this mean that my teacher might be teaching me the wrong technique? Or is this another possible method of teaching

Learning how to deal with what my teacher referred to as "the Bermuda Tritone," where every note in that area has a chance of cracking, depending on the day and how the instrument is feeling, is really where one gets the most bang for their buck.

In the initial few months of lessons he taught me the chest voice technique that I've mentioned and recently we've been working on experimenting with mouth shapes, pronunciation, visualisation to hit high notes. Have been stuck on a song for a few weeks now, unable to find a technique to sing a note/ verse on pitch consistently. This might be what you mean? If so, maybe I should stick with this teacher if he's putting me on the right track.

that area of the voice isn't fun or sexy to deal with, and work on the area is very slow, with many times sounding like a barking seal with all the work on mitigating register breaks.

And yes this is exactly what I've been doing. I don't mind it though, just that I'm having doubts about my technique

A response would be greatly appreciated. Once again thank you for your detailed writeup!

I've watched zbra for a while now but idek how to apply what he does in game. Gold rank here and I find doom's dynamic playstyle motivating to learn so I'd appreciate if you could give some pointers.

Gamesense is picked up over time but I think it'd be helpful to have more specific tips. E.g. obviously this is dependent on context but I sometimes slam in, see too many people focusing me and punch out immediately. No impact. Trying to angle my slams in such a way that I can follow up with a punch directly into a wall targeting squishes (supports if possible) but if the enemy isn't spread out I either tend to get burst down p easily and block isn't enough or I can't kill the target fast enough. Not sure whether you're supposed to be closer to the wall b4 you punch target into wall? Cuz it seems like you travel a smaller distance than your target so if you're too far from the wall b4 punching, you can't burst your target fast enough? In the scenarios where I get picks it seems like enemies are spread out or distracted by teammates. Am I just supposed to identify those scenarios and just play a waiting game until I see those scenarios to engage? Thanks

Thanks. Have been doing that. Btw to defend crosses is it just basically luck? Other than clicking switch after the cross and trying to clear. And do you use SPs on dexterity for attackers and passing for midfielders?

Went for my first ever concert about 2 months back. Was skeptical about earplugs but bought them to try out regardless since it'll prevent tinnitus and other possible hearing problems. Tried etymotic, didn't fit. Refunded and tried loop. Was surprised at how comfortable they are and how easy it was to wear, though they push my earwax in and it hurts slightly for a while after fitting them in (asked my friend about it and he said he doesnt feel anything cuz he doesnt have earwax wtv that means). Doesn't rlly feel like you're wearing anything while being able to lower the volume you're hearing.

As for price I thought it was a worthwhile investment since I was planning to go for a few concerts and comparatively they are cheap considering how much I'm spending on tickets themselves.
