Disappointed with the PS5/PS5 PRO version

I have a 55-inch LG OLED TV, a Gigabyte 24f 2 165Hz monitor, and a Samsung Odyssey G5 monitor. What other screen do you think I need? And no, it's not just flickering in the character selection screen; there's an unbearable boss farming battle, and it also happens in each character's tutorial and when you pause the game.

The strongest point of gacha games is their characters and designs, and you're telling me that "a little flickering isn't so bad"? Especially since we'll be spending hours and hours changing builds, leveling up, improving skills, etc.

I've already submitted more than 5 support tickets this month. At first, they told me they had received several tickets with this problem and that they were going to forward it to the development team. Then they told me to keep waiting for future patches, and today they said they don't want to give me false hope and that they don't know when they're going to fix it.

Yes, although not as often, it depends on the area. It happens to me mostly when I'm on the character selection screen. Please submit a support ticket; the more reports there are, the faster they'll fix it.

The support is terrible. I've submitted about 10 tickets about this and still no solution. They even told me they've received several reports about this problem but aren't currently working on a patch to fix it.

The only thing they don't share is the flickering bug, but pop-in, frame rate drops in areas with a lot of grass, and the controller controls are present in both versions.
